Kenneth J.” K.J.” Martin

Kenneth J.” K.J.” Martin, age 57 of Gillett, started his journey to the spirit world on Sunday morning, May 17, 2026, in Appleton.
K.J. was born in Shawano on September 17, 1968, a son of Kathleen Klemens and the late John Martin. Following school K.J. was employed as a carpenter with Hammer & Nails Construction Co. in Shawano. He was also a smoke jumper. He enjoyed fishing, bead work, going to the casino, and country music.
Survivors include his mother, Kathy Klemens of Gillett; his sister, Hope (Paul) Lukas, and his brother, Mark (Carla) Martin, all of Gillett; three children, Colten, Kendra, and Cheyenne Martin; nieces and nephews, Elizabeth, Clayton, Levi, and Phoenix; his girlfriend, Denelle Christensen; and his special friend, Jessica Fodor. He was preceded in death by his father, John Martin, and his maternal grandparents, Alvin and Bernadine Klemens.
In keeping with K.J.’s wishes, private family services will be held.
