Maureen L. Ryan

Maureen L. Ryan, age 75, of Gillett, passed away at home surrounded by her family on May 26, 2026. Maureen was born in Green Bay on November 16, 1950, to the late Roman and Lorraine (Sheedy) Cichantek. Maureen Cichantek married Jeffrey Ryan on June 29, 1985, in Gillett. The couple raised their son, Jacob, next to their best friends, Cheryl and Willy Kuhn. She loved being outside with her friends, mowing grass and especially being in her vegetable garden. Anytime Maureen was outside, she enjoyed listening to her music. She also had a deep love for her animals.
Maureen is survived by her husband, Jeffrey; her son, Jacob (Heidi) Ryan. She is further survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She is also survived by her two furry family members, Barney and Peanut.
Visitation will be held at Gruetzmacher Funeral Home in Gillett (108 E. Main Street, Gillett) on Wednesday, June 3, 2026, from 9 am until 11 am. Online condolences can be expressed at www.gruetzmacherfuneralhome.com
