Patricia M. Rusch

Patricia M. Rusch, age 87, of Shawano, peacefully went to be with her Lord and Savior on Friday, June 5, 2026, with her family by her side.
Patricia was born April 17, 1939, in Shawano, a daughter of the late Leonard and Amelia (Zeman) Doran. She attended Sacred Heart Grade School and graduated from Shawano High School with the Class of 1957. Following high school, Patricia moved to Milwaukee, where she spent nine years working in accounting before returning to Shawano to be closer to her family. She was employed by AMPI and Morning Glory for several years before retiring as a senior aide with Social Services.
In 1960, Patricia was united in marriage to Jack Rusch in Shawano. The couple later divorced. She loved crocheting, baking, cooking, and spending quiet moments watching the birds that visited her yard. In her younger years, she looked forward to her favorite soap operas, and in her later years, she enjoyed staying informed by watching the news. Above all, she cherished the time she spent with her children and grandchildren, who brought her tremendous joy, pride, and happiness. A good and faithful member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Shawano, Patricia’s faith was an important part of her life and guided her throughout the years.
Survivors include her four children, Annette Druckrey, Scott (Mary) Rusch, Tricia (Matthew) Luepke, and Diana (Blayne) Belter, all of Shawano; grandchildren, Heather Rusch, Whitney (Ben) Arndt, Haley Quandt, Kylie Quandt, and Amelia Belter; and great-grandchildren, Kynzlee, Brielle, Benson, and Ashlynn Arndt. Patricia is further survived by nieces, a nephew, other relatives, and friends. She was preceded in death by her sisters, Rita (Dennis) Rusch and Elaine Schoenborn, and great-grandchild, Kolton Arndt.
A memorial service for Patricia M. Rusch will be held on Friday, June 12, 2026, at 11:00 am at Mickelson Funeral Service in Shawano. Father Edward Looney will officiate. Visitation will begin at the funeral home on Friday at 9:00 am and continue until the time of service.
